Reporting To: Supervisor / Manager

Role Summary:

• To Operate automated and manual Probe/Test/Post Test equipment
• Follow safety protocols and cleanroom standards (5S).
• Follow work instructions, (WI), specification and quality standard
• Handle materials properly by following FIFO lot processing.
• Accurately document production data in logs, checklists, ERP systems, or MES as required.
• Participate in any form of Quality Improvement or Process Improvement programs.
• Operators should be certified for Test and Post Test Equipment and Process.

Key Deliverables

• Work under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor.
• Responsible for following work instructions accurately.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines throughout the production process.
• Follow 5S responsibilities as part of the performance KPIs for the assigned machine.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow set processes to manufacture quality products on time. By meeting standards and timelines.
• Help maintain a smooth production flow, which improve efficiency, ensures customer satisfaction, and plays a key role in meeting demand with consistent results.

Qualifications: Diploma/ Higher School Grade.
